Chocolate marshmallow ice cream
This ice cream - a real FEAST! It will amaze you not only with amazing taste (soft, creamy, moderately sweet, with a subtle chocolate bitterness), but the ease of preparation. It does not need to interfere in the process of freezing every hour not need to interfere at all, because the ice crystals are not formed. This ice cream can be served on dessert for any occasion, for example, to please the men in the defender of the Fatherland Day - 23 February and of women on international women's day on 8 March.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Marshmallows

    100 g

  • Cream

    300 g

  • Pistachios

    100 g

In an ovenproof dish and pour in the cream, crumble marshmallows, to break like fine chocolate. Put on medium heat and stir with a whisk so that all components are dissolved. Long warm is not necessary.

If small pieces of marshmallows are still floating around - not terrible. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Allow to cool a little and pour it into molds. I have disposable plastic cups. Put them in the freezer preferably overnight. 2-3 hours to stick in ice cream sticks.

Prepare the pistachio topping. Pistachio peel and pour boiling water for 3-5 min. After that they are perfectly clean. The cleaned nuts are dried in a pan without oil 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then grind in a blender or in a mortar, but not very finely.
