Stewed chickpeas with vegetables
I want to share a simple recipe, but the dish turns out delicious and hearty. This is one of my favorite meatless dishes. The first time I tried it in Turkey, he served in the hotel, and since then cook it at home. This tasty vegetable dish which will help the body to absorb proteins during lent

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    100 g

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Pepper

    200 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Onion

    50 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chili

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 tsp

Chickpeas soaked overnight in cold water and then boil in 3 waters. Allow to boil, the water is drained, and so three times. We do this in order not to have an unwanted effect after bean

Finely chop the tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, carrots grate on a grater

Onion fry in 1 tbsp olive oil

Add the remaining vegetables, simmer until tender, at this stage you can add 1 tbsp of ketchup

In ready vegetables add boiled chickpeas, salt, pepper, add Khmeli-suneli and stew all together for another 5 minutes, add finely chopped fresh herbs
