Beans in a creamy sauce with bacon
It is easy to prepare, but very tasty and, despite the minimum of ingredients, hearty dish. Quite a full dinner. I really like this recipe, cook countless times. And even corn, which I love only in its original form, and not in salads and soups fit perfectly! Please come in, suddenly come in handy!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    240 g

  • Corn

    120 g

  • Leeks

    100 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bacon

    150 g

Everything is very simple. Chop the bacon in small cubes, onion rings (you can use onions, leeks with a more delicate flavor, but with the usual turns out not less tasty). Open cans, drain from the liquid.

In a pan with hot oil put onion and fry on medium heat for 2-3 min. Add the bacon and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour the cream, put the beans and corn, season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer under a lid for 15 min. Ready! Can try!
