Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    600 g

  • Adjika

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 share

  • Gelatin

    30 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    50 ml

Chicken fillet finely chop.

Add seasoning, squeeze the garlic, mix well.

Season with salt and pepper, add the gelatin and stir.

take a box of juice, cut the cap, lay out the contents of the bowl, add some water, cover with a lid and seal with tape.

Fill the pot with water, immerse the box and press down with something heavy, in my case a glass. Cook 1 hour on low heat. And cool for 1.5-2H. in the freezer.
