Soup of canned fish
Suggest you try an interesting soup of canned "Sardines in oil". This recipe means a lot when cooking do not really want or there's no time, and the family need to be fed at lunch hot soup. The soup is rich and hearty. Come on in, help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Water

    1 l

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Spices

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Allspice

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • The processed cheese

    1 piece

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Greens

  • Paprika sweet

Cooking

Boil water, add spices to taste, allspice and Bay leaf (I forgot to add in the photo).

Potatoes RUB on a grater for Korean carrot and add to the soup.

While cooking the potatoes, fry the onions and carrots. First, fry the onions until transparent, then add carrots and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add soy sauce TM Kikkoman and fry for a minute or two and immediately put zazharku in the soup.

Then add grated on a fine grater cheese. You need to use a good cheese that melts in the soup. Boil for 5 minutes to dissolve cheese.

Canned fish put in a bowl and lightly mash with a fork (not mashed potatoes, but have pieces). Add canned soup and turn off the stove.

Soup of canned fish ready. Sprinkle the top with herbs and paprika powder. If you have a large family, increase the ingredients on the capacity of your pan.
