For this competition I choose not difficult to prepare recipes. And this cake from this category. Maybe someone will want to surprise your loved ones this Christmas cake and Christmas days. Time for something complicated, time-consuming, of course not. And this cake can be prepared the 30th evening or 31st morning. Definitely need to give the cake soak 10 hours. The cake is not sugary, moderately sweet, rich but not heavy, tasty. The pineapple gives you a pleasant freshness, a slight crispness. Instead of pineapple you can use sweet and sour fresh berries.
