Of the bread, cut off crust and cut it into wedges
Wedges are pre-fried in a hot pan without oil
Make the batter: mix the cheese, mustard, red pepper, butter, finely chopped garlic and beer. Melt in the microwave (you can melt in a saucepan on the stove) and mix thoroughly
Dip bread cubes in batter
And fry in a pan with oil.
