This recipe was posted on the website in 2009 by user Olga Alexeeva called "Salad "General"" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Very tasty, hearty salad. Not only for fasting.


  • Potatoes

    6 piece

    1 cup

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

  • Mushrooms

  • Juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    80 g

  • Garlic

  • Allspice

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Greens


Prepare the sauce: mix oil, soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, vinegar, herbs Indian.
Beans slightly Porirua. Put on a dish. Pour the sauce.
Carrot RUB on a grater. Stacked on top of beans. Pour the sauce.
Pre-clean the mushrooms, cut into cubes. Fry with onions in vegetable oil. Add allspice, salt, dried garlic. The cooled mushrooms stacked on top of carrots. The sauce doesn't pour!!!
Next, circles or cubes, as someone more comfortable, cut pickles. Put mushrooms on top, pour the sauce.
Potatoes cleaned, pre-boil in salted water with added herbs. Blend. Leave 2 to 3 tablespoons for decoration. Put the potatoes on top of the cucumbers. Well leveled with a spatula.
In the remaining potatoes and add the juice of beets (I had poached)
Put potatoes in a pastry bag. We need a head of roses (now these can be bought even at the supermarket). With this nozzle it is very easy to do roses. First make the Bud, then each side squeeze out the leaves. Using a knife, to move on to our cake.
Decorate with greens. For meat lovers, you can beans to replace the chicken and, of course, cooking is not in the post!
