Cooking
Ingredients for one pancake. I did two pancake, respectively, only took twice. Mix egg with mayonnaise, salt and flour until smooth.
Bake pancakes on a greased frying pan on both sides until cooked.
Make filling: mix all ingredients, except fish (the fish can be replaced by chicken meat, for example). Nuts and garlic that I crushed in a blender.
Pancake grease sauce, sprinkle with the chopped fish. Collapsible roll and put into the fridge.
After an hour cut into small rolls and served to the table! Bon appetit!
