Hearty delicious dish, as the author of the recipe (for me:)) to prepare a long time in Rome.

Cooking
Cook the pasta in salted water, drain and toss with vegetable oil.
Ham cut into strips. Melt the butter and sauté the strips of ham (1-2 min), add chopped garlic and cook, stirring 1 min. Add the boiled spaghetti and keep warm.
Mix in a saucepan the cheese, yolks and cream.
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture begin to thicken. Do not boil, otherwise the eggs will curdle. Season the sauce with salt and stir to pasta with ham. Of the sauce can be left in order to pour spaghetti on the plate when serving.
When serving, sprinkle with cheese and chopped parsley. Bon appetit!
