Cheese-Manne pie in a slow cooker
Delicious, tender cake without butter and flour. More reminiscent of a souffle with a delicate cheese flavor.


  • Semolina

    0.5 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Salt

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack


Semolina pour kefir, stir and leave to swell.
Separate eggs into whites and yolks. Yolks to leave for whipping, proteins refrigerate.
Combine the cottage cheese, 5 egg yolks, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, baking powder - mix with a mixer, add the semolina with yogurt.
Get whites out of the fridge, whisk them until stable peaks, gently introduced into cottage cheese with a spoon (stir from the bottom up)
The bottom multi pan greased with oil, sprinkle with semolina and very gently spread the dough. The mode "Pastries" 50 minutes (for large slow cookers suggest to increase the baking time to 60 minutes) followed by 10 min heating, 10 min. standing in the cartoon (not open)
The finished cake to cool in the slow cooker, spatula to gently hold the edges of the multi, freeing the sides of the pan from the cake, then gently remove. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. It turned out delicate pie, the consistency is more like a cheese souffle, not cloying.
