Honey gingerbread with plums
Frankly, I have found no such recipe nor the gingerbread nor the pies with plums. Gingerbread turns out matchless: fragrant, delicate, sweet and sour: honey and plum perfectly complement each other! And cook it very simply and quickly! All are welcome at, go!

Ingredients

  • Drain

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Honey

    150 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

The sink to wash and dry. Cut into halves and remove the seeds.

Sift flour, add salt, soda, sugar and mix well. Add soft butter (margarine) and knead until fat fine crumbs.

In the bowl of a blender beat the eggs, add sour cream and liquid (!!!) med. If You have med thick, dissolve it in MV or in a water bath and cool to room temperature. Beat the mixture with a whisk or a blender (don't add to much, it will be enough a couple of minutes).

In the dry mixture and pour liquid mixture and mix well.

Put in oiled bowl multivarki, spread on top halves of plums cut up. Flushing of plum is not necessary! When baking the dough will "wrap" them.

Select the mode "Baking" time - 1H. 10 minutes Before I baked this gingerbread always in the oven: form 33 x 22 cm, at a temperature of 180°C to dry kindling. MV disconnect and leave our gingerbread for 10 minutes in the bowl (form).

Then extract the gingerbread with a dish which You will serve the cake and let it cool down completely. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
