A kind of my version of the Faberge eggs:).. shrimp, crab sticks, corn, fennel, sweet peppers.. delicious.. simple and beautiful

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    500 g

  • Crab sticks

    3 piece

  • Corn

    80 g

  • Dill

  • Red sweet pepper

    0.25 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Turmeric

Collect shells of eggs, making one end a small hole, and pouring the contents through them. Then rinse the shells under running water and dry in the form for the balls. Peel the shrimp (you can buy peeled), dill wash and dry. Pepper cut into thin half-rings, dried corn, crab sticks cut into pieces (I cut triangles). Prepare the sauce according to the instructions (there is cheese), add some turmeric for color. You can use regular gelatin, then you have to add salt, pepper, turmeric, crushed Bay leaf, some Basil, thyme. Strain the filling through cheesecloth.
