Ravioli with squid
Very unusual dumplings with squid, rice and peas and very tasty! The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Kisya called "Dumplings with squid" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Water

    90 ml

  • Figure

    30 g

  • Squid

    300 g

  • Green peas

    50 g

  • Green onions

  • Salt

Cooking

Knead unleavened dough (I made a recipe from my mother): sift the flour, add a pinch of salt and brew with boiling water. First start kneading with a fork, then spread on the working table and knead elastic dough. Add the flour only if very much will stick to the dough.

Roll out thinly and cut out circles (the size of the circles you choose me they were 8cm in diameter).

Prepare the filling: cook the rice, fresh squid slice finely (the smaller the better), green onions very finely chopped.

Mix everything, add green peas and salt to taste.

On each circle put a bit of filling.

Close up the edges and form in the shape of a dumpling (or dumplings).

Boil the dumplings for about 3 minutes. Serve with melted butter or sour cream, sprinkle with green onions.
