Homemade sausages with cheese and mushrooms
Soft, juicy, flavorful sausages.


  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper


The onion and slice the mushrooms and passivating in vegetable oil. Then add in the minced meat (I used minced pork).
Add grated on a fine grater cheese and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
For sausages I used a shell, which is sold in the Maggi seasoning for sausages in French.
A teaspoon to fill the shell that was not air tight. The ends of the shell not to tie.
It remains only to cook. To cope with this I helped my assistant multivarka VITEK VT-4206 R. Laid in a bowl of sausages.
Turn on the mode "pastries" 30 minutes. Will be held for 15 minutes, flip sausages. Serve the sausages with the vegetables and any side dish. Bon appetit.
