Cottage cheese casserole with sauce
Our family is very fond of cheese cakes. Want to offer a casserole that will not leave anyone indifferent - happy to eat everything! very tasty and sour cream, and yogurt but I prefer with berries. The idea of casseroles thank you Larissa l@r@4ka-I slightly changed the proportions. Gratin is just tender just melts in your mouth! Highly recommend!!!

  • Cheese

    800 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Corn starch

    5 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    180 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cherry

  • Yogurt

    200 g

  • Condensed milk

Sauce - the yogurt to add to taste condensed milk and fresh cherries, mix well. Casserole. Bought the cheese was uneven, so I went through it immersion blender, adding the sour cream and condensed milk. If you have a homogeneous curd just mix it with sour cream and condensed milk.
Add the yolks and stir with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Mix the starch with the baking powder and soda. Sift through a sieve cottage cheese and mix well.
Beat egg whites in a solid foam. Never ceasing to work as a mixer, to enter the sugar in small portions until stiff and shiny foam.
Carefully enter the proteins in the cottage cheese mass, stirring it, as if drawing a figure 8. That's the bulk of it.
Grease the bowl multivarki to the top and sprinkle it with flour, the excess flour to shake. Gently lay into a bowl of cottage cheese and either spin the Cup clockwise three times. Bake for 1 hour on the program Casserole or Baking.
After the signal to open the lid for 30 minutes. Then remove the bowl and cool the casserole completely. Flip onto a plate. Slice top with sauce and enjoy! Today I was in a hurry and allow to cool completely in the casserole didn't have time - and turned and cut warm, but the taste is not affected.
