Skewers Of
"Brochettes de Soya" - the card of the Cameroonian cuisine is unique and very interesting recipe. Meat (you can use any beef, pork, lamb or chicken) are marinated in spicy mixture and roasted on the grill, the grill and in the oven. A good piece of lean meat wash, dry, cut into thin slices or small pieces. I took a pork tenderloin.
Meat is put into a bowl, add 2 tbsp of soy sauce (I take soy sauce "Kikkoman"), passed through chesnokodavku garlic, stir. You can also use garlic powder, but then you need to add it to the dry ingredients.
Roasted and peeled peanuts to grind into powder, coarse crumbs remove.
On a dry pan to warm on low heat for 2-3minutes, stirring all the dry ingredients : ground peanuts, sweet paprika, ginger powder, hot red pepper (and garlic powder). Sometimes to add seasoning ground cinnamon. The amount of hot pepper adjust to taste. Cameroonians love spicy food and add a 1st. L., I reduced the amount of pepper. Here's a dry marinade seasoning will work. Because I use salty soy sauce, salt not added in the recipe, but you can salt to taste.
To the meat add the 3st. L. with the top of the peanut seasoning. Stir so each piece of meat is covered with seasoning, and remove in the cold for 4 hours minimum. I left for the night. Remaining spice blend save.
To prepare the sauce for the meat. Stir well with a fork. 2st. L. soy sauce, 1tbsp. L. lime juice (or lemon), rust. oil and 1st. L. with the top of the peanut seasoning.
Wooden skewers soak in water for 30 minutes. To spread the meat pieces on the skewers. If the meat was cut into thin slices, then spread it on the skewers, stabbing a slice of meat 2 times, as in the photo. It is possible to cook meat just like that, without making the kebabs.
Ready kebabs to lay out on a greased Rast. oil a baking sheet. I use a silicone Mat, therefore the oil doesn't lubricate. Lubricate liberally brush the meat with cooked sauce. Cook the kebabs under the grill for 20-30 minutes, depending on oven.
Once the meat is browned, flip the skewers, again lubricated sauce and bake until tender. It is important not to overdry, because the meat is thinly sliced or in small pieces, then quickly cooked. Serve the kebabs with a salad of fresh vegetables and spicy sauce.
