Coffee dessert with egg foam
To treat yourself to a Cup of coffee, have a little Tinker, but believe me, it's worth it! This drink is also perfect for a festive table. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Instant coffee

    2 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    4 tsp

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Hazelnuts

    1 tsp

To the yolk add the sugar.

Grind it for 2 minutes with spoon or fork. Then put it in the freezer for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes remove from freezer, beat again with a spoon for 2 minutes, and again remove in the freezer for 5 minutes. So repeated two more times. The yolk with the sugar should thicken and become lighter.

Coffee pour hot water, put the yolk mass and sprinkle with nuts. Nice!!!
