Terrine
Dish terrine got its name from the eponymous rectangular refractory shape with a cover. Originally terrines from France, but now this method of baking can be found not only in French cuisine. Terrines are meat, fish, vegetables, even sweet. Offer a simple recipe terrine of vegetables and eggs. It's quick, cheap and most importantly delicious. The idea was borrowed on the French website.

  • Chicken egg

  • Salt

Maseduan is French for colorful, bright. You can take the ready mixture "Maseduan", and you can cook for yourself. For this purpose carrots, cabbage and beans you need to boil and cut into dice.

Gently spread the rest of mixture and bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees. If the top terrina Golden too quickly, cover with aluminium foil.
