A hot drink made of white chocolate and nuts
Long thought how to call this drink. Wanted to come up with something fun like "Malacacheta" - like the famous drink. But would not be perverted. Let it be simple and clear: a creamy beverage made of white chocolate and nuts. If you love ice cream, the taste you will enjoy 100 percent.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    180 g

  • Cream

    50 g

  • Hazelnuts

    30 g

  • Vanilla

  • White chocolate

    40 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

The oven is heated to 190 deg. Hazelnut spread on a baking sheet and roast in the oven until dark Golden brown - around 10-15 minutes, occasionally stirring the nuts to prevent them from burning. To remove the husk. Cool.

Bring to a boil. Immediately pour into cups. You can decorate with whipped cream and nuts. If the drink cool, the chocolate may flake off. Just run it and it will again become homogeneous.
