Marinated mackerel
Very easy to prepare and very tasty!


  • Mackerel

    2 piece

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Black tea

    1 Tbsp

  • Husks onion

    2 handful


Prepare the brine. In water to dissolve salt, sugar, tea and add the thoroughly washed onion peels. Bring to the boil and allow to cool.
Clean the mackerel, remove the tail and head. Strain the brine.
The prepared fish to put in emalirovannoy or glass dish. Pour the fish with the prepared brine, cover and leave for 3 days at room temperature.
Every morning and evening to turn the fish. After 3 days to pull the fish, rinse under running water. And hang with wire or paper clips on day 1.
To remove fish, brush with sunflower oil (for Shine) and bring to the table. Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
