For making kvass prepare such products. Boil and cool 3 quarts of water to a warm state.
In a container of appropriate size, fill with sugar, coffee and yeast.
Pour the cooled water and Apple juice. Mix well to dissolve all ingredients.
Cover the pot with a lid, leaving a hole and leave kvass to ferment at room temperature for 12 hours.
Here is the brew the next day. Strain it through a thick cloth and put in refrigerator.
Chilled, it tastes so good, like from our childhood.
