Chocolate banana cake in multivarka
Mega-chocolate, mega-tasty... Words are unnecessary, you just have to try. All chocoholics strongly recommend!


  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    170 g

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Banana

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Chocolate milk

    70 g

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    250 ml


1. Chocolate RUB on a grater. Mix the flour, icing sugar, grated chocolate, baking powder and cocoa powder.
2. Two separate eggs into yolks and whites. Mix in separate bowl the egg, 2 egg yolks, beat with a mixer until smooth. Bananas mashed with a fork, add to eggs, beat with a mixer until smooth. Add milk and butter and stir until smooth.
3. Clean and dry mixer, beat the egg whites in a separate bowl in a strong, stable foam.
4. Mix banana mixture with dry ingredients (I did use the mixer).
5. Gently push a quarter of the proteins in the mixture I like chocolate, too, then carefully with spatula stir in the remaining egg whites and mix until smooth. The Cup multivarki grease with vegetable oil. Put the dough in the bowl multivarki. Select the bake mode and bake 60+20 minutes. Then using bowls for steamers to take out the brownie and well cool.
6. Chocolate cream melt in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Chocolate it is important not to overheat! Stir in melted chocolate cream. The cream is a little cool in the refrigerator. To cover the resulting cream on the cooled cupcake, using cream of chaotic strokes.
