Cooking

step-0
Defrost 2 mackerel. If you have fresh even better. The total weight I have fish - 1 kg.
step-1
Cut each carcass, the tail, the head. Cut the fish fillet from the back. Remove the backbone, entrails, bones. The stomach is not cut. We got through two fillets. My neat, slightly soak. Sprinkle the inside of each fillet with salt, put in a suitable container and put into the fridge for a day for pickling.
step-2
Extract from the refrigerator fillet, wash and dry wipes. Bay leaf, black pepper and coriander to be ground finely (in a coffee grinder). Sprinkle each fillet with this sweet-scented "tobacco" and put cut into thin slices the garlic.
step-3
Then put the fillet into a roll. To do this, first lay one fillet skin others out.
step-4
Next, we put the roll in half. In the photo it looks like the carcass of a single fish, and this is actually two fish. You can collapse and others a convenient way for you. For example, twist the rolls into a spiral, cutting the pre-abdomen.
step-5
Put the roulade in cling film.
step-6
Zawarcie our fish in foil, nice and tight. Sent in the freezer.
step-7
After a couple of hours, the rolls will freeze and it is already possible to try. Cut the frozen loaf on a plate (shown in photo) and serve. They quickly thawed out on the table. The fish is salted, extremely tasty and fragrant ( the smell reminds kolacny Ambassador). Convenient that you have in the fridge will always stock delicious salt fish. Two minutes and on the table is the perfect snack. Steam to the steaming boiled potatoes, for example.
