Tunisian sandwich
And now the long-awaited summer! There's nothing better than heading out with family or friends for a walk in a pleasant place and bring along some easy food, do not bother with plates, forks, pots and pans. This recipe is the variant! The sandwich is large and hearty, almost a complete meal, and hands stay clean! And tasty :-) I got the Idea and slightly altered my favorite leading Elena Chekalova.

Ingredients

  • Garlic

  • Olive oil

  • Lettuce

  • Chicken egg

  • Green olives

Take a couple of rolls larger. In my case, homemade bread, I often bake these.
