Saltison Turkey in a slow cooker
Very tasty meat dish with a good appearance and taste suitable for festive table, and on any other day. Special thanks to Olga Fedjunina for her recipe chicken saltisons, which became the prototype of my prescription, but because the ingredients and the taste of food completely different, share the recipe!!! Help yourself!!!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    1.8 kg

  • Soy sauce

    70 ml

  • Gelatin

    30 g

  • Garlic

Rinse fillet drumstick of a Turkey. Dry. Fold the meat in a bowl multivarki. Basting of soy sauce.

Sprinkle with the gelatin.

Put on slow cooker mode "fighting" for 2 hours 30 minutes. After 2 hours, stir the meat with a spatula, if you want to take out the sticks tweezers.

After 2.5 hours the liquid has evaporated almost completely, but the meat will be very juicy. Clean and chop the garlic.

Put in a suitable container the meat, not forgetting to add the garlic.

So put to the top of the molds/container. I press on top meat with a wooden lid, but not necessarily.

The children's portion I put silicone in the mold and stamped with a spoon.

Closing our containers with lids and refrigerate until morning.
