Ingredients

  • Pork

    350 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Ginger

    1.5 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    70 ml

  • Black pepper

    0.333 tsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Peel and wash the carrots, garlic, ginger.

Meat cut into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, beat the egg, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, small garlic and ginger. Add the pepper, mix well.
