Canapes of black bread
I love black bread. But it seems to me that there are not many fancy snacks with him. Here's a design idea canapés I found.

Ingredients

  • Bread

  • Soft cheese

  • Mayonnaise

  • Tomato

  • Dill

  • Walnuts

  • Salmon

  • Gelatin

    5 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

From tomatoes to remove the flesh from the bones and chop it up. The fish is cut into same pieces.

Nuts chop with a knife. Dill without stems, finely chop.

With a loaf cut off a crust. You cut it into 8 horizontal layers.

Soak gelatine in the water according to the instructions.

Mix in blender the mayonnaise, cottage cheese and ricotta. I used mayonnaise Maheev with lemon juice.

Gelatin to warm to dissolve. Stir in two tablespoons of curds into the hot gelatin. And only after that add the gelatin mass in the cheese.

Divide the cream into three parts. First add nuts and dill. Second - fish. And finally, in the third - the tomato. Salt and pepper to taste.

Fluff one layer of bread and cream with fish, the other cream with dill, the third is cream with tomato. Folded on top of each other. Cover with fourth layer. So as to deal with the remaining bread. To remove the chill at least two hours. Cooking time I pointed out without regard to time of solidification.

Cut each cake into 8 pieces and serve canapés to the table.
