Jelly dessert with chocolate yogurt
This dessert consists of two types of jelly: sweet jelly cubes chocolate yoghurt, Orsik drowning in sweet and sour berry jelly layer.

Ingredients

  • Sourdough

For dessert the chocolate first, prepare the yogurt: in a large container mix the water and yogurt mixture DryYogurt. Mix thoroughly with a whisk to avoid lumps.

I cooked the yogurt in the yogurt maker, a thermos Oursson. Pour diluted yogurt mixture into the Cup of yogurt.

Boil enough water and pour it in a thermos up to that mark. Next, install the stand holder and a glass with the mixture. close the thermos lid and put in a warm place for 10 hours for fermenting yogurt. Ready yogurt cool in the refrigerator for several hours.

For yogurt jelly: soak gelatin in 50 ml of milk and leave to swell. The remaining 100 ml of milk mixed with yogurt, sugar and cinnamon. For more chocolate flavor, add cocoa powder and mix everything.

Swollen gelatin heated on a water bath until dissolved gelatin (do NOT boil!). Through a strainer injected prepared gelatin in yoghurt-milk mixture, stir. Pour the mixture into a rectangular container lined with cling film. Remove the jelly in the fridge to harden for a few hours.

For berry jelly: in gelatin pour 50 ml of water and leave to swell. To the berries add the sugar, cinnamon and the remaining 100 ml of water. Put on fire, bring to a boil and cook on a slow fire until tender and berries until the sugar is dissolved. Then wipe the mixture through a sieve.

Swollen gelatin heated on a water bath until dissolved gelatin (do NOT boil!). Enter prepared gelatin in the berry mixture, stir, pour in kremanki and put into the fridge. Bowl to the top, not filled, leave the place for yogurt jelly. Frozen yogurt Jell-o cut into cubes.

While berry jelly cools, constantly eyes on him. As soon as Jell-o begins to "set" put in a few cubes of yoghurt jelly and refrigerate until fully cured.

The fully frozen jelly put the remaining cubes of yogurt jelly, forming a slide. Decorate the dessert with mint leaves and raspberries and serve.
