Canapés with shrimps and garlic sauce
While going to visit before they all sat down at the table on new year's eve can make a small aperitif table with light refreshments and canapés. Offer a snack to prepare canapés with cocktail shrimp, which are ideally suited to a lightweight wine, champagne or vermouth.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Pepper

    70 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread

  • Cucumber

  • Lettuce

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Dill

    2 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

For the sauce mix mayonnaise, soy sauce "Kikkoman", chopped dill, garlic and grainy mustard

The sauce needs to stand for about 1 hour in the refrigerator, then it will taste better
