Lentils with meat and vegetables
Very spicy and healthy dish. This is a full dinner without excess fat and calories. A wonderful combination of lentils with meat, vegetables and spices. In my family this recipe is one of the most beloved, and you try!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Tomatoes in own juice

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Pork should not take fat, cut the meat into small cubes. In a well-heated deep frying pan with a thick bottom in vegetable oil fry the meat until Golden brown.

Carrots grate or cut into strips, onions cut into half rings.

Prepare the tomatoes in their own juice without the peel. They should be cut into large cubes.

To the meat add the carrots and onion, sauté 10 minutes and then add tomatoes.

Pour meat and vegetables with water, so that it lightly covers them. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes until ready meat.

Boil the lentils as directed on the package. I took green lentils, but you can use any what you like. However, it is desirable to avoid varieties that quickly fall apart.

Crush the garlic and mix with chili. I have dry flakes, you can use fresh.

In the finished meat with vegetables put the lentils, mix thoroughly, add the garlic, pepper, salt and spices to taste. Use any spices to the meat, to Your taste. Then put the chopped greens (I have parsley and dill), cover with a lid and tormented for another 5-7 minutes.
