It is necessary ingredients. Sorry, the photo is not the oil and baking powder. Will make their debut on the Cook. :-)
Prepare the batter for one cake. Whisk 1 egg and 0.5 Cup sugar.
Add 3 table. tablespoons of sour cream, lightly whisk.
Add 0.5 cups of flour 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder, beat again. Dough for a single crust ready.
Beat in the filler. Pour the dough in the bowl multivarki. You can grease the bowl with oil. I multivarka Panasonic, volume of 5 l. each cake Bake for 40 minutes.
Repeat the steps with the dough. In the second cake and add cacao, in the third any crushed nuts (I have a mixture of hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts), fourth in Mac, which is desirable before cooking, rinse and steamed for a couple of hours in boiling water. Cakes turn out low and tight.
Further, according to taste. My family loves juicy moist cakes, so I definitely soaked cakes. Impregnation is prepared as follows: in a glass put 2 table. spoons of condensed milk, top up to the top of the boiled water and add 1 table. spoon a strong aroma of alcohol - rum or brandy or 2 table. spoon like liqueur "Baileys". I have to impregnation, this cake takes the whole glass. If you "wet" cakes do not like, just reduce the amount of impregnation. Coat cakes with cream. Cream are prepared from condensed milk and cooked plus the usual softened butter. The cake will be sweet! If you don't like sweet, you can take the sour cream, you get the same very tasty. Decorate as desired, be sure to leave it to soak for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
Bon appetit!
