This recipe gave me long ago by my grandmother. I baked the cake according to this recipe since I was 12. All my friends and family like it very much. I hope that will like you.


  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Margarine

  • Yolk egg

  • Vinegar

Sift the flour, margarine RUB on a grater, mix with flour and hand knead until smooth. Separate the yolks from the whites. Take a 250 ml beaker to put the egg yolks, add salt, vinegar, and up to the top with water. Pour into bowl with flour and stir. The resulting dough for one hour place in the refrigerator.
To prepare the cream: pour into a saucepan 2 cups of sugar, pour the flour, add eggs and milk and mix thoroughly. Put the saucepan over a medium heat and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
Let cool and combine with softened butter.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
Get one piece and thinly roll out. In this case, the layer to create the desired shape.

Bake until light brown.
