Pie with pears
Tender, delicious, airy, delightful... well, real chocolate-pear bliss! I highly recommend to try! Pie cooked in a slow cooker, but no problem to bake in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Pears wash, peel and core. Cut into wedges.

Softened butter rubbed white with sugar and salt.

Add the eggs one by one, each time whisking until smooth.

Add sour cream and again beat.

Add melted chocolate and flour. Beat until smooth.

The pan multivarki lightly grease with vegetable oil and slightly flour them. Put into it the resulting dough. From above to lay out slices of pear. The "Baking" 65 + 30-35 minutes. From my own experience when baking I advise you to open the cover and check the readiness of any pie no earlier than 65 minutes after the start. But then you can add baking time a few times until fully cooked.

Time passed and the cake is ready. In the oven bake at 180 gr. 45-50 minutes.
