Fish pie
Recipe for a slow cooker. A delicious and hearty pie with a filling of canned fish in a delicate egg-sour cream filling.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    320 g

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Greens

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

Prepare the dough. Take 1 egg and separate white from the yolk. We only need the yolk. Mix it with sugar and salt, add the softened margarine, sour cream, and mix well. Gradually add flour mixed with baking powder.

Prepare the filling. Onions cleaned from the husk, finely chop and fry in a pan until Golden brown.

Canned fish mash with a fork and mix with fried onions.

Prepare the sauce. Whisk the eggs with a mixer or whisk, add sour cream, chopped fresh herbs (I didn't have fresh and I added dried), salt, pepper, flour, and mix well.
