Lemon Dijon butter
It is extremely fragrant, spicy oil will improve the flavor of any dish. It is cooked very quickly. Stored in the refrigerator for three days. Ingredients

  • Butter

    65 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Whisk the butter at room temperature for a couple minutes.

Add Dijon mustard, grated zest and juice of lemon, chopped parsley and salt.

Mix well with a spoon until smooth and put into the refrigerator to harden.

Roll into cylinder and wrap in parchment. Can be stored in the refrigerator for three days.
