Sweet banitsa in a slow cooker
This recipe is just a lifesaver. Literally 20 minutes of Your time + the help of our indispensable assistant, a slow cooker and a gorgeous pie ready! Thin-thin crust and light cheese-Apple filling.

Ingredients

  • Pita

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

Raisins pour boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain the water and lightly dry it.

Cheese if necessary, RUB through a sieve. If the curd is soft, it is possible not to do that. Add to the cream cheese vanilla sugar, raisins and 2 eggs. Mix well.

Apples clean from the skin, grate, add to the cream cheese and mix well. The stuffing is ready.

On pita bread spread the filling. My filling was enough for 2 pita.
