Cake with marshmallow cream
Got my eye on the marshmallow recipe, it's just as simple! I want to share with You my discovery...

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    650 g

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Water

    300 g

  • Citric acid

    0.333 tsp

  • Gelatin

    30 g

  • Strawberry

    300 g

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Cream

    400 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Take the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Remove proteins in the fridge. RUB the yolks with the sugar until it dissolves. Take out the whites and whisk them in a solid foam.

Combine the whites with the yolk mass.

Add sifted flour with baking powder and cocoa powder. Here we get the dough. Place it in a greased bowl multivarki. Install the program BAKING for 50 minutes.

After the beep, retrieved our cake with attachments for steaming. Fully cooled.

Cut the cake into 3 layers.

Now for the cooking of marshmallows: gelatin soaked in 50 ml of water and set aside. In the bowl multivarki fall asleep 500 g of sugar and 300 ml water. Stir. Turn on the CONTROL mode with a temperature of 100 degrees. Set the time to 15 minutes. Cook. 5 minutes before the end add the baking powder and citric acid. Waiting for the end of the program. Pour the syrup in a separate pot. Added swollen gelatin and stir until it is completely dissolved. Start whipping the mass in a blender, first on low speed then slowly increasing and whisk in the white and fluffy foam.

Collect the cake in the form of detachable. The cake is high, so I doraschivat form foil. First put a layer of sponge cake. Pour 1/3 of the marshmallow mass, cover with a second biscuit and now half the marshmallow mass. Cover with the last sponge cake and pour the remaining mass. Sent the cake in the fridge to harden for a few hours (I sent at night). When the cake is frozen - put on top of strawberries.

Pour the strawberry jelly. It is possible to prepare compote with gelatin. I have used ready the jelly and dissolve according to instructions on the package. Sent the cake back in the refrigerator until fully cured jelly.

Parse the form and remove the foil. Here we get such a handsome man.

Whisk the cream with the icing sugar. And cover the sides of our cake and decorate.
