Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

    5 g

  • Seasoning

    10 g

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Pollock

    800 g

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

Cut the fillet of Pollock around here these pieces.

In the slow cooker, pour a little sunflower oil, put in slow cooker, sprinkle top of onions, roughly chopped and a bit podsalvage.
