Potato pie
Potato pie is good as a garnish for salads. Very tasty, simple, quick and unique dish. Potato turns crisp, beautiful, fragrant and very easy to prepare. Can be submitted as original appetizers or a main dish with fresh vegetables and sauces. An excellent replacement for the beloved potatoes fries!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Sunflower oil

    200 ml

  • Salt

Potatoes wash, peel and cut into thin strips. But best of all grate the potatoes on a grater for Korean carrot. Rinse grated potatoes. I usually washed until water is clear. Spread the potatoes on a towel and allow to dry.

In a preheated sunflower oil in small portions your potatoes. Fry until Golden brown. Take the potatoes out and place on paper towel to glass oil.

Potatoes ready. Left salt. Serve hot. But cold potatoes don't lose their crunch. Bon appetit!
