Description

Kukla stifado, baked with sausages
Offer to taste the traditional dish of everyday Cretan cuisine, only slightly augmented by me. Kukla means of large beans, large beans, stifado - braised in a sauce dish, is rabbit stifado, beef stifado, etc. That is simply put, beans braised in a sauce and baked with sausages. And it's delicious! Often prepared, tasty and sausage, but more interesting, and for a large company just what you need! The cooking time specified does not include soaking beans.
