Description

Cheese to pair with fruit filling
When I read the recipe cheesecakes for a couple, I thought "ugh, disgusting!"- honestly. And since I have three small children and two elderly parents with a fondness for cheesecakes, I thought about the benefits of steaming, instead of frying and decided to cook at your own risk. I could not think that this is banal at first glance, the recipe will be so good. What can I say...... it's not cheese, it's a real syrnikova dessert! And since now is the season for fresh fruit, I make cheese cakes stuffed with plum, pear, nectarine, grapes –take your pick. And when there is no fruit, you can put a piece of chocolate or a spoon of peanut butter - because the surprises I love it all!
