Ingredients

  • Water

  • Salt

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Celery root

    50 g

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chicken egg

Wash the chicken, cut into pieces, pour water and put on fire. When boiling, remove the foam, add the onion (whole), carrot (large chunks) and celery. Cook for 3 hours.

Three hours removed from the remaining broth, the meat, apart from the bones. Strain the broth.
