Cooking
Wash the chicken, cut into pieces, pour water and put on fire. When boiling, remove the foam, add the onion (whole), carrot (large chunks) and celery. Cook for 3 hours.
Three hours removed from the remaining broth, the meat, apart from the bones. Strain the broth.
Egg cut into slices. Spread on top of meat.
Pour the meat with the egg broth.
Garlic finely chop and sprinkle on top of broth. Put in the fridge for a day.
The next day, omit the form for a few seconds in hot water to get the jelly on a dish. Bon appetit!!!
