Banana-chocolate cake in a slow cooker
Delicious and fast! All You need to do is simply mix the necessary ingredients and will do everything for You slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    5 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Melt until soft specified amount of butter. Whisk it with sugar. Add in beaten a lot of raw egg, beat again. Now add desired amount of sour cream and soda, mix well

Sift flour together with salt, sent into a bowl with beaten egg products, mix well.

Bananas peeled and mash with a fork until mashed. Add the banana puree to the batter, mix thoroughly.

Milk chocolate RUB on a medium grater, add to the bowl with the dough and the last time all mix well. The dough is ready!

Carefully Cup multivarki grease with butter. Put the dough, evenly distributed over the entire area of the pan. Programmable slow cooker in mode "Baking" the dough and leave to simmer for 60 minutes. After the alarm sounds ready, open the lid and leave the cake to cool for another five minutes.

ICING ( do-wish I did, a cupcake without frosting is very tasty ) mix Thoroughly all ingredients except butter, and bring to a boil over low heat. If the icing gets too thick, add in the bowl some more milk. After boiling, add in the icing butter. The frosting is ready! Tip: to prepare the Frosting ONLY when the cake is ready! Coat the cake with icing and leave in the fridge for 1 hour to harden. BON APPETIT!
