Salad dressing
Salad dressing that is ideal for all leaf salads, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 tooth

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Mix all ingredients until smooth. If the yogurt is too thick, add a little condensed milk for coffee and tea.

Fresh salad is best to fill already in the plate and not in the common Cup. Vegetables do not need salt, so they remain fresh and crisp until use.

Put the dressing separately in a gravy boat and pour over the salad in their own plate.
