Description

Cheese sticks to beer
Outrageously simple and quick to prepare appetizer. Cheese sticks are very good with beer in summer and soups in winter. At least the French are very fond of feeding them to their famous onion soup. Well, I like them for the unique cheese flavor. Because cheese, along with onions and fish, are the most beloved products with me since early childhood!

Cooking

step-0
Original products (nothing at all). The photo is missing baking powder.
step-1
Put in a blender all the ingredients (butter pre-cut into cubes and allow to soften)
step-2
Stir the contents of the blender until smooth.
step-3
Like it or not (blender), and the dough is still hands like. Therefore, bringing his hands to "condition" on floured surface.
step-4
Roll the dough into a ball and put to rest in the fridge for half an hour.
step-5
Take the dough out of the fridge. I divide it into two equal parts and roll each separately.
step-6
When rolling out dough try to give the maximum rectangular shape. Then still cut a rounded edge with a knife. (use trimming too). Thickness approximately 5 mm.
step-7
Cut the dough strips with a width of 2 cm, Sprinkle with cumin or salt. I'm more salt like.
step-8
Spread them on a baking tray, lined with baking paper.
step-9
Bake sticks in preheated 200 C oven for 15 minutes
step-10
That's all! You can pull, who to run for a beer.
