Ingredients

  • Green beans

    150 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Corn starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Cream

    120 ml

Whisk eggs with cream. Add starch.

Add the soy sauce.

In the resulting mass add the boiled beans.

Add grated on a coarse grater carrots.

All carefully mix and pour in a greased form. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.

Take out our cake, allow to cool a little.

Using shapes cut out 3 layers, we coat them with sour cream. Vegetable cake is ready.
