Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Cream

    450 g

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cut butter pieces and let them melt. The top three on a coarse grater 50 g (half a block) of chocolate.

Now came the turn of the cherry. I was frozen. Put in a bowl multivarki, fill 250 grams of sugar and put it into the slow cooker. Set the CONTROL mode with a temperature of 100 degrees for 2 hours. Meanwhile, whisk the cream with the icing sugar and put them in the fridge.

The cooled cake cut into 3 parts and begin to assemble our cake. Put first layer of cake on a dish. Impregnate the cooled cherry syrup. Spread the cherry. Then spread half of the whipped cream. Cover with a second Korzh and again impregnate it with the syrup and spread the remaining cherry cream. Cover third Korzh.
