Chinese food lovers, of course, know pork in sweet and sour sauce. However on the website I found the recipe for this sauce, so I decided to share. We pour this sauce not only pork, but chicken, and burgers.
Consistently fry in vegetable oil finely chopped onion, garlic and ginger root (a piece 5-7 cm). Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ketchup and fruit juice. I used orange juice or Apple juice.
