Eggs from grandma's pumpkin
Such eggs always did my grandmother, then mother, and now me. Very tasty and fast, well kept, popular with the children. A great alternative to squash caviar.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    800 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

Cooking

Pumpkin peel and cut into cubes.

Onions and garlic peel, chop.

Carrots clean, RUB on a large grater.

In a pot heat 3 tbsp oil, fry garlic, then add onion and fry until transparent.

Add the carrots and pumpkin. Fry. Then cover with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add tomatoes or tomato paste.

Add soy sauce, sugar and salt to taste. I took soy sauce TM Cccamp. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes.

Cool, add the vinegar, remaining oil, minced with a blender.

To lay eggs in sterilized jars, seal and storing. Bon appetit!
